As the winemaker describes, this is “fuzzy yellow peach, juicy Meyer lemon…Hawaiian bread, peach Danish, jasmine flowers and pineapple. Finishes savory and salty with grapefruit pith.”

Their Cred

Andreas Gsellmann’s father was a co-founder of Pannobile, a group of 9 wineries in the town of Gols, Austria outside of Vienna, where they make natural wine. Andreas joined the winery in 2005 and introduced his own biodynamic approach to agriculture. In 2007, he started incorporating new farming methods in the vineyard and wine cellar and his father trustfully placed the winery in Andrea’s hands in 2019. The vineyards were certified organic in 2006 and biodynamic in 2011.
